Last updated: 6 October 2026. This policy explains information associated with visiting Daily Trend Hub at dailytrendhub365.com, sending a message and submitting a comment. For a privacy question or request, contact the site operator at dailytrendhub365@gmail.com.
Information you choose to provide
Email: when you write to our Gmail address, the message can include your email address, name, message text, attachments and ordinary email delivery information. That information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, correction or other request. Email is handled through Google’s service; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
The Contact page uses direct email contact. We do not currently use an active contact form or a separate newsletter or email-marketing service.
Comments: where commenting is available, the form requests a name, email address, comment and optional website address. WordPress can also record the submitting IP address, browser information and submission time for administration and moderation. If a comment is published, its text, display name and any approved website link can be visible to other visitors. The email field is not intended for public display; do not put private information inside the comment itself.
Information associated with a visit
Your browser sends technical information when requesting a page or a third-party resource. This can include the requested address, IP address, browser or device information, referring page and request time. Website delivery, security, analytics and advertising services may process this information for their respective functions.
Cookies and similar browser storage can recognise a browser, support sign-in, remember preferences, measure visits or support advertising. Which services operate on a particular visit depends on the page, browser settings and the site’s configuration.
Services identified on this site
- Hosting and page delivery: the site uses Hostinger hosting infrastructure. WordPress and LiteSpeed Cache serve the site and cached pages. QUIC.cloud page-optimisation output is also in use. These technical services support delivery and performance. See Hostinger’s privacy information and QUIC.cloud’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics: Google Site Kit connects the site to Google Analytics 4. Analytics is used to understand visits and interactions, including which pages are used. Google’s information about partner websites explains data received through its services.
- Google advertising: Google advertising code is present on the site. Its presence does not mean that an advertisement appears on every visit. When Google advertising operates, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to personalise and measure ads.
- Google fonts, sign-in and reader tools: pages load Google-hosted fonts and sign-in components; article pages also load Google’s reader-access component. Loading these resources connects the browser to Google. If you choose to interact with a Google account or reader feature, review the information and permissions shown in that feature and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Images hosted on other services
Some existing articles load images from external hosts, including images.openai.com, images.wsj.net, image-generator.ryrob.com, gravitywrite.sgp1.digitaloceanspaces.com and Google-hosted image URLs. Loading an image makes a request to that host, which can receive technical information such as the IP address and browser information. These requests can occur without clicking the image.
You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking storage or scripts may affect site features. For Google advertising choices, use Google Ad Settings. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
There is currently no verified on-site cookie-preference panel. The controls linked above do not amount to a promise that all tracking or technical processing stops, and opting out of personalised advertising does not necessarily stop advertisements. This policy does not treat simply visiting the site as blanket consent to every use of information.
Information associated with enquiries and comments is used to respond, assess reported errors and moderate contributions. Technical information supports website delivery, maintenance, security, audience measurement and the advertising functions described above.
The relevant hosting, email and other service providers process information as part of those functions. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal requirement or to address abuse or a security incident. Published comments are public; email correspondence is not automatically published as a testimonial or correction note.
Retention
Daily Trend Hub does not currently have a formally defined deletion schedule for reader emails or other personal data. Messages and site records may therefore remain stored until they are manually removed. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days or months.
Information held within third-party services is also subject to their settings and policies. We have not established a single verified retention period covering analytics, hosting logs and provider backups. Contact us about a particular message, comment or interaction if you want information about retention or wish to request removal. A request may need to be considered alongside legal obligations, security needs and the provider’s deletion process.
Privacy requests and children’s information
You may email a request to access, correct or delete information you provided, or raise an objection or concern about its use. Identify the page or interaction and the email address involved; send only enough information to locate the record. If identity verification or clarification is necessary, it can be requested in reply. Do not send identity documents or passwords with an initial request.
If you are a parent or guardian concerned about a child’s comment or message, contact the same address and identify the relevant content. Avoid repeating sensitive details unnecessarily. Requests will need to be assessed against the records available and the applicable requirements.
Security, external sites and changes
The website is served over HTTPS, but no transmission or storage method can be promised to be completely secure. Keep passwords, payment information and sensitive documents out of public comments and ordinary enquiries.
External websites have their own practices. Google, hosting and other service providers may process information outside your country; their linked policies explain their practices. We do not claim a particular storage location or transfer safeguard that has not been verified.
