Report an error or outdated information
Use the subject “Correction” and include:
- The full address of the article or page.
- The statement you believe is wrong or no longer current.
- The correction you suggest and a reliable supporting source, if available.
You do not need to prove every detail before reporting a concern. Describe the issue clearly so it can be checked. See our Corrections Policy for the distinction between a factual correction and a later update.
Report a website or accessibility problem
Send the page URL, what you were trying to do and what happened. Your device type and browser name can help explain a display problem. If you attach a screenshot, remove any private information first.
Privacy and content-rights requests
For a privacy request, use the subject “Privacy” and describe the information or interaction concerned. For a copyright or attribution concern, identify the page, the material at issue and the original work or your authority to raise the concern.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank details, identity documents or complete recruitment applications. Send only what is necessary to explain your request. If additional information is needed, the request can be clarified by email.
Suggestions and commercial enquiries
For a story suggestion, explain the question you would like an article to answer. For an advertising or partnership enquiry, identify the proposed relationship and the content involved. A proposal does not guarantee coverage, a favourable review or publication.
